Our boot camps are offered mornings, three days a week, rain or shine! (

Each camp lasts approx. 45-50 minutes and consists of various kettlebell exercises, body weight calisthenics, stretches and group relays all designed to get you to your goals quickly, permanently and while having fun.  We even have a few other things up our sleeves, but you'll have to join to find out.

No camper will be left behind. Like I said before… Whether you have a few vanity pounds to lose, or 50 plus pounds, you will get a challenging workout for your fitness level.

In order to offer the level of service we pride our selves on each camp is limited to only 16 participants (Ladies only is limited to 10 people) depending on the time slot and no more. This ensures that you get plenty of personal attention from your group fitness trainer at all times.
